All International Fee Paying Students studying in New Zealand are required to have full travel and medical insurance in place before they depart their home country.
International students may not be entitled to publicly funded health services while in New Zealand, so it is important to have insurance in place to cover these costs should they arise.
New Zealand-based insurance companies Unicare and Southern Cross provide travel and medical insurance for international students and their families.
Churton Park School has a clear process for resolving concerns and we believe in resolving issues quickly to the satisfaction of all parties. Please read our Complaints Policy, and we hope that you will bring any concerns to us quickly so that they can be resolved.
If you are not happy with the internal solution, you are able to access the Dispute Resolution Scheme where an external party appointed by the New Zealand Government will examine your complaint. Full details are included in the Complaints Policy.
