Principal U5

Full Time, Permanent

As our new principal, you will enjoy working in a high quality collaborative teaching and learning environment.  We have warm and caring staff and enjoy a supportive family environment.  Relationships are greatly valued and you will love our collegial culture.  You'll work with a particularly supportive BOT and SLT where staff stay long term because they love it, while also valuing the small class sizes and cultural diversity.

At Churton Park School there are high expectations around academic achievement, which is supported with a strong professional development focus for teachers.  However, it is equally important to us that we ensure every student has the chance to reach their potential and has an opportunity to shine.

 You will:

  • have proven leadership skills and credibility
  • be a successful and inspiring educator, with excellent people management and enabling skills
  • be a highly motivated leader of modern innovative and collaborative learning and inquiry-based teaching practices
  • possess outstanding communication skills
  • love what you do, be able to energise others and also share a laugh

Applications close Tuesday 30th April 2019.

We have flexibility as to the start date for the role which will be by mutual agreement with the successful candidate.
