The Home and School Association do a wonderful job supporting all our students through their fundraising and community events. Recently they had their AGM and these people once again said they would be willing to take roles within the HSA. Thank you to Anita McGonigle (Chairperson), Jackie Hollywood (Secretary) and Christine Sinclair-Smith (Treasurer) and also all the other willing helpers.
Home and School Association News
Lolly Sales:
Thank you to all those who provided feedback on our lolly fundraiser. It was most encouraging that 82% of respondents were happy for us to use that method of fundraising again. I’m afraid those of you who would have preferred to sell chocolates were in the minority – just 37% of you. But we don’t want to always be doing the same thing, so you might yet get your wish in years to come. To those of you who expressed concerns, thank you for this constructive feedback. We will certainly take your views into account when considering whether or not to do something similar in future. The great news is that we have already cleared $5935 in profit, with more still to come. Great work everyone!

You can either pick up an order form through the school office or order on-line through the Stuck on You website www.stuckonyou.biz. The Home & School Assn. gets a percentage of all purchases, so please make sure you put ‘Churton Park School’ in the ‘School Fundraiser name’ box on your order.
