Once the site at 48 Amesbury Drive, Churton Park has been secured, the Ministry of Education will request that the Board of Trustees proceed to the planning, design and construction phases of the project.
A rough guide to the expected timelines are as follows. Once acquisition is secured:
- Within the first year, the planning and design phases will be complete
- One year from securing the site for transfer, construction of the new facilities will commence
- Two years from securing the site for transfer, construction sufficient for the opening roll is expected to be completed; occupation of site will begin
